Frequently Asked Question
Antheo has been designed to offer a high level of configurability and can accommodate from one to three tonearms. This allows different configurations and makes it possible to use, on the same system, combinations of tonearms and dedicated cartridge to suit different listening preferences.
Antheo uses a belt-drive transmission system, an approach integrated into the turntable’s mechanical architecture with the aim of keeping the platter rotation system as isolated as possible from the drive source. This helps minimize the transmission of vibrations and mechanical noise to the platter, record, and cartridge.
The external motor configuration further enhances this separation, while the high mass of the platter contributes to rotational stability.
Antheo is designed to accommodate 9-inch to 12-inch tonearms, with configurations determined according to the tonearm selected.
Nogler Audiotech developed the motor unit system by sourcing an exceptionally high-quality motor from the market, selecting the DCX32L model from the maxon catalog, which had already been tested in other high-end turntables.
Antheo has been designed as a highly configurable system, with customization options including both colors and materials. For more information about the available customization options, please contact our support team at info@nogleraudiotech.com.
Antheo will be available for purchase starting in January 2027, through authorized distributors and via direct sales.
